EBCO Development was founded in 1984 as a residential and light commercial framing contractor. The company quickly established a reputation for excellence, providing personalized service and high quality construction standards, which in turn motivated repeat business and strong customer relationships.

In 1996, EBCO separated its commercial division to form EBCO General Contractor, LTD.,to focus solely on commercial work in Texas. Over the next few years, the company successfully completed an increasing profile of new construction and renovation projects, ranging in scope from public buildings to retail outlets; banks to hotels; and from schools to distribution centers.

Over time, our strong backbone of experience and network of growing clientele, has increased our project scope to include a portfolio of hospitals, assisted living and multi-family housing; and we now perform work throughout the Southern United States.
