EBCO delivered The Harbor student housing complex in College Station, featuring innovative design with two levels of parking topped by four stories of residential space.
This 218,901 square foot development houses 83 units with 300 bedrooms, serving Texas A&M students with modern living accommodations. The project demonstrates our expertise in high-density residential construction and structured parking integration.
Our construction approach addressed the unique needs of student housing including durable finishes, efficient layouts, and amenities that support student life.
