EBCO Breaks Ground on New Citizens National Bank in Brenham, Texas

EBCO General Contractor is excited to announce the groundbreaking of a new Citizens National Bank location in Brenham, Texas. The new branch, located at 400 S. Austin Street, will provide Citizens National Bank customers with a modern, convenient location designed to better serve the growing Brenham community.

Citizens National Bank is a longtime EBCO client, and we are proud to continue our partnership on this newest project. Over the years, EBCO has had the opportunity to work with Citizens National Bank on projects in Round Rock, Cameron, and Pflugerville, Texas, making this new Brenham location another chapter in a relationship built on trust and collaboration.

A New Location Designed for Convenience

The new Citizens National Bank branch will offer approximately 2,525 square feet of space in a one-story, wood-framed building constructed on a reinforced concrete slab-on-grade foundation.

Designed with both customers and employees in mind, the new facility will feature:

• Three drive-thru lanes
• Onsite parking for customers and employees
• A modern, accessible banking environment
• A convenient location along S. Austin Street

For the Citizens National Bank team and the Brenham community, the new branch is a highly anticipated addition. The existing Brenham branch has served the community, but its smaller footprint and accessibility have created a desire for a location that can better accommodate customers and provide a more convenient banking experience.

Continuing a Longstanding Partnership

EBCO is honored to once again partner with Citizens National Bank. Our history working together across Central Texas has given our team valuable insight into the bank’s needs and expectations, and we look forward to bringing that experience to the Brenham project.

At EBCO, we understand that every construction project is about more than the building itself. It’s about creating spaces that serve the people and communities that use them every day. The new Citizens National Bank location is a great example of that philosophy.

We look forward to watching this project take shape and, ultimately, seeing the new branch welcome Citizens National Bank customers in Brenham.

EBCO General Contractor is proud to build what’s next for Citizens National Bank and the Brenham community.
