We are LEED Certified, Austin Green Energy Building certified, and proficient in Marriott Fire and Life Safety Mod 14. Our Marriott projects have included amenities like libraries and theatres. EBCO is as versatile as Texas geography, from hillside construction to unique locations. In fact, Courtyard by Marriott in Pearland, TX was built atop an existing shopping complex, winning a Texas Construction Award of Excellence: Hospitality award.
