The KFC Greensboro project was a ground-up restaurant build completed in Greensboro, North Carolina. Awarded in 2019, the project delivered a modern 1,803 square foot quick-service restaurant designed by Davidson Architecture and constructed to meet KFC’s brand standards, operational needs, and local code requirements.

EBCO managed the project from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating trades, schedules, and site execution to ensure a smooth and efficient build process. The team focused on quality craftsmanship, constructability, and consistency with national brand specifications.
